CLASSIC CARDIO STEP & SCULPT
This 60-minute cardio workout includes a full body warm-up, 45-minutes of
step aerobics with light weights and 5 minutes of core exercises and
cool-down stretch.

TOTAL BODY WORKOUT
This 60-minute workout includes a full body warm-up followed by 50
minutes of strengthening exercises using body weight and light weights
for all muscle groups. The class incorporates cardio intervals, as well as
flexibility, balance and rotation work to give you a total body workout.
